Cyclic Indicators Written for Tradestation
Phaztech Adaptive Cycles indicator
Written for Tradestation in EasylanguagePhaztech Adaptive Cycles Indicator is the flagship of the Phaztech cycle suite, built on J.M. Hurst’s principle that price is the sum of several harmonically related cycles stacked together. Using bandpass filters, it pulls seven of these cycles — each roughly double the length of the last — out of raw price and plots them as seven clean, color-coded waves.
For every cycle it continuously measures the real, current length and amplitude, then projects the wave forward past the last bar to show where the next trough or peak is expected.
Leave it on automatic and it picks Hurst-style cycle lengths from your chart’s timeframe, or switch to manual and enter your own — including lengths discovered with the Cycle Spectral Analysis indicator. And because each wave is measured directly from price rather than fixed, the indicator adapts as cycle lengths drift, following those minor fluctuations in period through into every wave and projection.
Works on stocks, futures, forex, and crypto, on minute to month timeframe. Use it to anticipate turns, not chase them. This is a technical analysis tool only and does not generate, provide, or constitute a buy or sell signal or trading recommendation.
Cost: $ 179

Phaztech Adaptive Composite Indicator
Written for Tradestation in EasylanguagePhaztech Adaptive Composite Indicator appears simple when you look at it, but that is until you know what is going on under the hood. Instead of showing seven separate cycle lines, it sums them into one — the chord instead of the individual notes — so you get an instant sense of the market’s overall cyclic direction.
Using bandpass filters, it isolates seven harmonically related cycles, adds them together bar by bar to build the historical composite, then projects the combined wave forward from the last bar. The historical portion is the real sum of the cycles; the projected portion is rebuilt from each cycle’s current phase, period and amplitude. An optional trend-slope feature tilts the projection to lean with the market’s recent direction instead of wiggling in place.
Plot it riding along price or in its own pane, use the encoded nominal cycle lengths or enter your own nominal model or cycles from the Phaztech Spectral Analysis indicator.
Works on stocks, futures, forex, and crypto, on minute to month timeframe. This is a technical analysis tool only and does not generate, provide, or constitute a buy or sell signal or trading recommendation.

Phaztech Adaptive Diamonds Indicator
Written for Tradestation in EasylanguagePhaztech Adaptive Diamonds Indiator turns cyclic timing into a visual overlay. Using bandpass filters, it isolates seven market cycles and marks on price where each bandpass trough and peak falls on price — diamonds below price for lows, above for highs — stacked in rows with the shortest cycle nearest price.
Diamonds behind the current bar are confirmed historical bandpass pivots, giving you an instant reality check: do the projections actually line up with real swing highs and lows in price on this market? Diamonds ahead of the current bar are projected future turns, repeated across the chart so you can see the expected rhythm continue. Each diamond carries a dashed uncertainty band sized to how much that cycle has historically varied — tight bands mean a consistent cycle, wide bands mean treat it loosely.
The real edge is nesting: when several cycles project a low or high at the same time, the odds of a genuine turn rise. Use automatic or custom cycle lengths, choose from three uncertainty-band modes, and toggle highs, lows, and history independently.
Works on stocks, futures, forex, and crypto, on minute to month timeframe. A timing overlay best used with other cyclic tools. This is a technical analysis tool only and does not generate, provide, or constitute a buy or sell signal or trading recommendation.

Phaztech Adaptive FLD & Target Indicator
Written for Tradestation in EasylanguagePhaztech Adaptive FLD & Target Indicator is an adaptive implementation of one of J.M. Hurst’s most powerful tools: the Future Line of Demarcation. The FLD is simply a moving average of price displaced forward in time by half of its cycle’s period — which turns an ordinary average into a timing and target instrument.
Because it’s projected into the future, a price/FLD crossover is a confirmation signal: when price crosses above the FLD it confirms a cycle trough has passed, and when it crosses below it confirms a peak. The geometry of that crossing also projects a rough price target — the “how far” that pairs with the “when” from the Cycle Diamonds. Because the line sits ahead of price, the FLD frequently acts as dynamic support and resistance the market respects. Price targets and FLD projections are mathematical estimates, not guarantees. Actual price action depends on many factors beyond this calculation and can fall short of, overshoot, or never reach a projected level. Not a standalone trading system or signal — use as one input among many, alongside sound risk management.
Use the encoded nominal model cycle lengths, your own nominal model or drive it with dominant cycle lengths from the Phaztech Spectral Analysis indicator. With use of a bandpass filter it adjusts the cycle length to the dominant length in that bandpass so as time moves on you continue to follow the correct cycle length.
Works on stocks, futures, forex, and crypto, on minute to month timeframe. This is a technical analysis tool only and does not generate, provide, or constitute a buy or sell signal or trading recommendation.

Phaztech Adaptive Cycle Strength Indicator
Written for Tradestation in EasylanguagePhaztech Adaptive Cycle Strength answers the question every cyclic trader needs answered before acting: which cycles actually matter right now? Using bandpass filters, it separates price into seven harmonically related cycles and, for each one, plots a single strength reading — essentially how large that cycle’s swing is relative to its length.
Because it shows the full history of each reading as its own line, you don’t just see which cycles are strong; you see which are gaining strength and which are fading. A cycle producing a clean, powerful wave is one worth trading; a weak, noisy one is better ignored. Comparing all seven side by side tells you which rhythms are in control of the market at this moment and which of your other indicators’ signals to weight most heavily.
The lines are color-coded to match the rest of the Phaztech suite, so it reads naturally alongside the rest of the ensamble. Use the programmed cycle lengths or enter your own.
Works on stocks, futures, forex, and crypto, on minute to month timeframe. A filter for your other cycle signals. This is a technical analysis tool only and does not generate, provide, or constitute a buy or sell signal or trading recommendation.
Cost: $ 159

Phaztech Adaptive Cycle Table Indicator
Written for Tradestation in EasylanguageThe Phaztech Adaptive Cycle Table is the summary panel of the Phaztech cycle suite. Instead of plotting waves, it prints a clean, screen-anchored dashboard in the corner of your chart that captures the full state of all seven market cycles at a glance.
Each row is one cycle and shows either its most recently measured length or an average cycle length beside its nominal expected length (compare the two to see how closely the market is tracking), a Cycle Strength score paired with a Z-score of current energy versus that cycle’s own recent norm, a live countdown of bars remaining to the next trough and the next peak, and a phase glyph — an arrow showing whether the cycle is rising or falling, or an arc marking the exact bar of a top or bottom.
It’s the fastest way to answer “where is every cycle right now, and which are worth watching?” without reading multiple plots. Switch between the latest measured length and a smoothed average, use automatic or custom cycle lengths, and fully control the panel’s position, size, fonts, and column widths.
Works on stocks, futures, forex, and crypto, on minute to month timeframe. The at-a-glance companion to the full suite. This is a technical analysis tool only and does not generate, provide, or constitute a buy or sell signal or trading recommendation.
Cost: $ 179

Phaztech Adaptive Channel Indicator
Written for Tradestation in EasylanguageThe Phaztech Adaptive Channel indicator modernizes Brian Millard’s centered-moving average channel, a classic technique from Hurst-style cyclic analysis. It plots a moving average shifted back by half its length so it sits in the middle of the data it describes instead of lagging behind, then fills the gap to the current bar by projecting the trend forward with a damped model that gradually flattens — a more realistic assumption than a straight line running on forever.
Around the centerline it draws either a standard constant width channel or an adaptive channel. Rather than guessing at a width, you simply tell it what percentage of candles you want contained — say 90% — and the indicator measures real price action and calibrates the band to hit that target automatically, tightening in calm markets and widening in volatile ones. A verification print confirms the calibration is working. When price reaches a projected outer band, it plots a turn marker and can fire an alert.
Set the centerline to a dominant cycle from the Cycle Spectral Analysis indicator, and tune the smoothing and decay to your market.
Works on stocks, futures, forex, and crypto, any timeframe. This is a technical analysis tool only and does not generate, provide, or constitute a buy or sell signal or trading recommendation.

Phaztech Spectral Analysis Indicator
Written for Tradestation in EasylanguageStop guessing which cycles matter. The Phaztech Spectral Analysis indicator turns TradeStation into a precision cycle-detection engine, revealing the dominant rhythms hidden inside price before you commit to a trade.
Built on two proven signal-processing methods, it evaluates every cycle length from 2 to 300 bars. The Goertzel algorithm scores how strongly each period is present as a Strength percentage, while the Bartels significance test measures the statistical confidence that each cycle is real rather than random noise. Visualize a graph that plots in as subgraph of the chart with both Goertzel’s strength and Bartel’s significance. Alrternatively the indicator prints a clean, ranked table or a full spectrum list to the Print Log.
Fully adjustable inputs lets traders tune detrending, sweep resolution, Hann windowing, Bartels repeats, bandwidth, and confidence thresholds to match your data and timeframe. Rooted in the work of Hurst, Ehlers, and von Thienen, it’s the essential first step in a complete cyclic workflow: find the real cycle lengths here, then plug them into the rest of the Phaztech indicators including the companion indicator the Phaztech Spectral Analysis Viewer Indicator.
Works on stocks, futures, forex, and crypto, across most any timeframe from ticks to monthly. This is a technical analysis tool only and does not generate, provide, or constitute a buy or sell signal or trading recommendation.
Cost: $ 279

Phaztech Spectral Analysis Viewer Indicator
Written for Tradestation in EasylanguageTurn confirmed cycle lengths into a clear, forward-looking picture. The Phaztech Spectral Analysis Viewer is the companion to the Phaztech Spectral Analysis indicator: once you know which cycles are real, this tool lets you see them working on your chart.
Enter up to five cycle lengths and the viewer draws a smooth, idealized wave at exactly that length — across history, through the present bar, and projected into the future. Turn on the composite wave to blend up to 5 cycles into a single line that shows their combined net effect and projected future direction.
A built-in trigger line marks each wave’s turning points, and separate long and short alerts notify you the moment a cycle forms a trough or a peak. Adjustable bandwidth fine-tunes how precisely amplitude and phase are read.
Works on stocks, futures, forex, and crypto across any timeframe. Pair it with the Cycle Spectral Analysis indicator to find the lengths, then this Viewer to view or trade them. This is a technical analysis tool only and does not generate, provide, or constitute a buy or sell signal or trading recommendation.
